Article 2 (Processing and Holding Period of Personal Information)
① Solvist World Wide processes and holds personal information within the period of personal information retention and use or the period of personal information retention agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject according to the law.
② Each personal information processing and holding period is as follows.

Article 3 (Rights and Obligations of Information Subjects and Method of Exercise)
① The information subject may exercise the right to access, correct, delete, and request suspension of processing of personal information on Solvist World Wide at any time. ② The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) can be made in writing, e-mail, facsimile (FAX) in accordance with Article 41 (1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act, and Solvist World Wide will take action without delay.
③ The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be conducted through an agent, such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person entrusted. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney under attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act.
④ Requests for access to personal information and suspension of processing may be restricted by Article 35 (5) and Article 37 (2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ A request for correction and deletion of personal information cannot be requested if the personal information is specified as the subject of collection in other laws and regulations.
⑥ Solvist World Wide verifies whether the person who made the request for perusal, correction and deletion according to the right of the information subject, and perusal when requesting suspension of processing, is the person himself or a legitimate agent.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information) Sol Solvist World Wide shall destroy the personal information without delay when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as the expiration of the personal information retention period and the achievement of the purpose of processing.
② If the personal information retention period agreed by the data subject has elapsed or the purpose of processing has been achieved, the personal information (or personal information file) shall be transferred to a separate database (DB) or stored elsewhere.
③ The procedures and methods of destroying personal information are as follows.
1. Destruction procedure: Solvist World Wide establishes and destroys the personal information (or personal information file) that must be destroyed. Solvist World Wide selects personal information (or personal information file) for which the reason for destruction occurred, and destroys personal information (or personal information file) with approval from Solvist World Wide's personal information protection manager.
